Join Brian for a fun morning workshop to learn about various methods at reducing and/or eliminating those nasty trigger points. It will be a fun and interactive workshop, and it’s FREE to the public.
In this workshop you will:
• Learn basic anatomy and the different causes of myofascial trigger points
• Determine what causes them, and various approaches to treating these nasty trigger points
• Apply basic strategies to reinforce lumbar stability with the use of foam rollers
• Integrate functional movement patterns while using various tools to feel better, and ultimately, move better.
